The Ludwik Fleck Center is an independent organizational unit of the Collegium Helveticum, at whose headquarters in the Semper Observatory in Schmelzbergstrasse 25 in Zurich it is also domiciled. The Center’s infrastructure is provided by the Collegium Helveticum.

The Center is run by an academic member of the Executive Board of the Collegium Helveticum. The main responsibilities include the planning and execution of the Center’s activities. The director is furthermore assisted by an Academic Advisory Board chaired by the head of the Collegium Helveticum for support in running the Center.
